Return and Exchange Policy

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST for Australian customers only is calculated on check out.

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases, and want you to enjoy your items and continue shopping with us.

Please look at the Fit Charts to ensure you are purchasing your correct size.

Tre bliss Jeans will accept returns and exchanges on items within 15 days once you receive your merchandise.  Tre bliss Jeans will only accept returns on items with original packaging and tags in place. If your order appears to have been worn and is not re-sellable we retain the right to refuse to refund the item.

The customer is responsible for shipping and return/exchange costs back to Tre bliss Jeans.

Damaged Goods: Tre bliss Jeans will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that are damaged due to accidents, destruction or misuse by the customer. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include items with stains, rips, or tears caused by the customer.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days from receipt of your package. You will receive an email from Tre bliss Jeans giving you the status of your refund.

Exchanges: Exchanges for merchandise must be done within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please email sales@trebliss.com.au for exchange authorisation. Once authorised, please send back to :  TRE BLISS JEANS RETURN ADDRESS:
